About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative AI Project Lead and Facilitator to manage cross-functional initiatives focused on the implementation and orchestration of AI tools and technologies. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in AI project management, a deep understanding of AI tools, platforms, orchestration frameworks, emerging industry trends, and a passion for enabling teams to adopt and integrate AI solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• 5 - 8 years of related experience.
• Advanced skills in effectively conducting training with a high level of engagement in the following forums: one-on-one, classroom or virtual learning environments.
• Proven results of applying effective coaching techniques to drive business outcomes.
• Application of Business Acumen related to Lumen processes, products, and services.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, projects, and deliverable commitments.
• Familiarity of Lumen’s Products and Services.

Responsibilities

• Is an example of facilitation excellence within the organization.
• Demonstrate advanced facilitation and communication skills in delivery of training across a broad spectrum of topics to multiple levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate effective coaching and development of Lumen employees, leaders, and peers to drive the successful completion of key initiatives.
• Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders at the Director and VP level of the organization.
• Engage and influence vendors, partners, and HR teams to identify and manage business needs and develop solutions to optimize company performance.
• Will be responsible for multiple training programs and will analyze metrics and results to present to Directors and VPs.
• Utilizes critical thinking and needs assessment skills to analyze, problem solve and improve processes through the complete life cycle of medium to large-scale projects.
• Proactively identify gaps/inefficiencies and implement solutions that drive a change in behavior positively impacting Lumen’s results.
• Demonstrate effective Performance Consulting and partners to identify the best possible solution to improve business performance.
• Contributes technical expertise to the development, evaluation, and implementation of new training content to drive the achievement of Lumen outcomes.
• Exercise considerable latitude in decision-making.
• Partner with Learning architects to apply adult learning theories and instructional design best practices in training solutions.
• Demonstrate Lumen 8 Behaviors of teamwork, trust, transparency, clarity, customer obsession, courage, growth mindset, and respect.
