About The Position

We're looking for a dynamic Lead Talent Acquisition Enablement Specialist to optimize and scale how we attract, engage, and onboard talent. This role blends strategy and execution—owning recruitment marketing, TA systems and processes, onboarding programs (including immigration and referrals), and vendor partnerships. You'll be the go-to partner for IT, championing automation and AI-driven solutions that boost recruiter productivity and elevate candidate experiences. You'll also enable our recruiting teams through tools, training, and development sessions—building connection and consistency across the function. (Position is based in Juno Beach, 5 day/week.)

Requirements

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 6+ years
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified

Nice To Haves

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Responsibilities

• Works with Information Technology to define work required to execute business cases and makes business decisions on value added features and business priorities
• Evaluates project ideas and develops business cases and accelerate portfolios
• Provides operational process support and manages partner relationships to understand business objectives and impact of changes
• Identifies system requirements, design and testing for approved system business cases
• Conducts process improvement analysis
• Gathers data, reports on key metrics and utilizes tools and technologies to analyze improvement opportunities
• Troubleshoots system issues, follows up on process system requirements, supports application replacement initiatives, new technology evaluation and proof of concept completion
• Evaluates risks from policy and process changes to business unit performance and compliance
• Facilitates process improvement meetings
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
