Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of experience in related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in early career recruiting and/or student recruitment, including sourcing, campaigning, and event management.
  • Direct experience or strong knowledge of early career programs and initiatives.
  • Proven track record of strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work creatively within a team environment or independently to ensure overall success.
  • Demonstrated experience executing recruitment strategies and driving candidate or student engagement.
  • Resourceful go-getter with strong organization and presentation skills to authentically attract quality talent.
  • Well-versed in full-cycle hiring processes and best practices within the early career recruitment space.

Responsibilities

  • Leading full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, event management, candidate engagement, interviewing and onboarding for domestic and/or international roles.
  • Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the offer details.
  • Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and preparing necessary reports for management.
  • Leading processes related to employer branding and marketing.
  • Management or Non-Management (union bargaining) full cycle support.
  • Understanding hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, data analysis, building talent pipelines, providing consultation, training & mentoring, and/or event management.
