As the Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Stryker, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Trauma & Extremities (T&E) teams by leading the recruitment efforts for sales and marketing roles. Your expertise in sales recruiting will be essential in attracting top talent to Stryker through innovative lead generation, expert sourcing strategies, and comprehensive market research. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust recruitment strategy that encompasses all sales and marketing positions, including sales managers, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our hiring goals. In this role, you will cultivate deep relationships with hiring managers, becoming a trusted partner throughout the recruitment process. Your active participation in professional and social networking will be crucial for generating leads and building a diverse candidate pool. You will serve as the voice of T&E to the global Centre of Excellence, sharing best practices and implementing projects that enhance our recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will lead marketing initiatives to promote Stryker across talent communities, ensuring a strong and unified brand presence in the market. Staying updated on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will drive process innovations to improve our recruitment strategies. You will conduct cold calls to industry contacts and competitor companies, converting them into potential candidates while utilizing technology to track leads, contacts, and candidates. Proactively sourcing and building candidate pipelines will be essential to meet both current and future recruitment needs. You will also be involved in sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates for open or strategic positions within the division, collaborating closely with HR business partners and hiring managers. Training hiring managers on recruiting processes, interviewing techniques, and sourcing strategies will further solidify your role as a leader in talent acquisition.
