In This Role, You Will:

Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT, with leadership in complex infrastructure or cloud projects. Team leadership or management experience preferred.
Expertise in M365, Azure, virtualization, networking, and storage.
Familiarity with MSP tools like ConnectWise, NinjaOne, or Kaseya.
Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable local travel availability.

Nice To Haves

Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect or M365 Enterprise Admin preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead complex IT projects—from cloud migrations to server and network deployments.
Guide clients through Microsoft 365 and Azure transformations.
Assess, design, and implement IT infrastructure aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with Sales and Presales on scoping and architecture.
Serve as a technical mentor and emerging leader within the project team.
