In this role, you will own the delivery of a multi-year cryoplant project to requirements. You will work within cross-functional teams to address complex engineering and logistical challenges in the development and construction process, driving innovation, safety and efficiency. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 10+ years of Engineering experience
• 6+ years of Systems Engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
• U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
• Experience applying Systems Engineering to industrial processes and/or large infrastructure projects
• Experience with liquefaction, oil & gas refineries or similar fluid process plants
• Membership and participation in INCOSE
• Proficiency with Cameo, or other model-based systems engineering (SysML) tools
• Proficiency with DOORS or other requirements management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Innovative mindset and a passion for technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Multi-tasking and ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little guidance, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
• Ability to adapt to and manage change based on project needs

Responsibilities

• Planning, leading and reviewing Systems Engineering activities for the development of advanced industrial process plants
• Generation of proposal artifacts, including material/hours estimates and detailed technical volumes
• Discovery and capture of stakeholder and user needs
• Creation, exploration and selection of concepts (for example, through trade studies)
• Requirements derivation, decomposition, analysis and management
• Technical risk and opportunity identification and management
• Systems architecting, diagraming, modeling and interface definition
• Engineering Change Management
• Planning and support of implementation, acquisition, integration, construction, verification & validation activities
• Participating in and generating materials for design reviews and other technical presentations
• Technical writing of reports, descriptions of operation, plans, procedures, white papers, trade studies etc.

Benefits

• The annual base salary for this position is $125,000-156,000
