About The Position
Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to join our Phantom Works Systems Engineering Integration Team (SEIT) team in Berkeley, MO to support development efforts on a proprietary program. The Lead Systems Engineer applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex system and system of systems solutions. Evaluates needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Resolves cross-functional technical issues. The ability to work and lead in a collaborative team environment on-site and across engineering disciplines will be imperative to this role. The selected individual will work in a fast paced, innovative environment where excellent technical, organizational, leadership, written and verbal communications skills are essential.
