About The Position

Highlight is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to provide high-level architectural expertise to management and technical staff. This role leads the design and development of enterprise-wide technology solutions, aligning system strategy with organizational goals while advising on technology investments and future project feasibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience implementing large-scale IT solutions and enterprise services within HHS (CMS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven ability to assess technology needs and recommend scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure design, and application architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.
• Define system strategy and design the infrastructure required to support that strategy.
• Advise management on the selection of technology investments, including processing, data storage, data access, and application development solutions.
• Evaluate and communicate the feasibility of potential future IT projects to leadership.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to managers and staff on architectural best practices.
