Lead System Integrator
About The Position
MAXISIQ is seeking a Lead Systems Integrator to name as key personnel on an opportunity we are pursuing for the Army Test Enterprise Network Modernization (TENM) program . This role shall serve as the primary technical authority responsible for coordinating and integrating all system components in support of TENM. The Lead Systems Integrator will be responsible for ensuring all technical elements are integrated to meet performance, security, and mission requirements as defined by the requirements documents, providing technical leadership for system integration activities in coordination with the Program Manager, Lead Cyber Security Manager, and Lead IT Solutions Architect to ensure successful execution of all task areas. This role shall be responsible for identifying and resolving integration issues, managing technical discrepancies, and ensuring interoperability across all systems. This position is available upon contract award expected in August 2026, we are seeking to extend contingent offers now.
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years’ experience (within the last fifteen years) as serving in a role of Systems Integration, Network Integration, or Lead Integration role coordinating complex IT and/or networked systems.
- Possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
- Minimum of five years’ experience (within the last seven years) of relevant experience leading systems integration effort for IT solutions similar in size, scope, and complexity to the TENM requirement.
- Minimum of five years’ experience (within the last seven years) supporting or leading network modernization involving multi-vendor environments.
- Possess implemented. For example, for a 5G solution, the individual will possess a recognized expert-level 5G certification.
- Possess the highest-level vendor-specific credentials available for the technology being implemented, when such exists.
Nice To Haves
- Possess a current Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Certification or comparable certification.
- Two years’ experience coordinating integration effort involving commercial internet services providers.
- Five years’ experience supporting DoD network integration, modernization, or enterprise IT integration efforts.
- Five years’ experience conducting technical analysis using industry-standard tools to inform integration decisions.
