About The Position

Essential Functions: Configure, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot Redhat/Centos Linux systems. Experience deploying infrastructure through automation. Familiarity with implementing and maintaining security controls in compliance with DoD security frameworks. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), agile system development, and DevSecOps tools and processes Security administration Experience in support of RMF requirements. Experience in Linux automation using Kickstart, Podman and Ansible Experience in creating and using Containers in a LINUX and Windows Environment Experience customizing/optimizing/trouble shooting enterprise level applications. Demonstrated knowledge RMF and cybersecurity requirements. Ability to integrate RMF principles into ground-up builds. Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks. Experience with testing applications such as Jenkins, Jira, and Bitbucket Experience in using and creating LDAP for Windows and LINUX IDM

Requirements

  • ONLY for GC holders and US Citizens
  • Bachelors Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience OR Masters Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification
  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI and CI Poly
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), agile system development, and DevSecOps tools and processes
  • Security administration
  • Demonstrated knowledge RMF and cybersecurity requirements
  • Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks
  • Experience with testing applications such as Jenkins, Jira, and Bitbucket
  • Experience in using and creating LDAP for Windows and LINUX IDM

Nice To Haves

  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 3 certification (e.g., CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH)
  • Current Linux Certifications such as: RedHat Certification (RHCSA or RHCE)CompTIA Linux+LPIC (any level)SANS GCUX
  • Working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST 800-53 SP families of controls, and specifically the Certificate to Field (CtF)/Change Control Board (CCB) accreditation processes
  • Experience in the use of IT tools for managing and troubleshooting complex computer networks
  • Previous experience supporting DoD & IC Government customers
  • Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks
  • Hardware/software requirement verification/system validation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work and grow in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with Virtualization (KVM), Backup Technologies such as NAS, SAN, iSCSI, SAS
  • Experience supporting DoD/government customers
  • Experience integrating and administering cross-domain systems
  • Experience with microservices, containers (i.e., docker)
