Grow your career in the industry What will you do as a Lead Swim Instructor? The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills Ensure swimmer safety Ensuring all Coaches are teaching to SafeSplash standards Deck coach watching children's skills and maintaining attendance Provide Energetic personality at events supporting SafeSplash

Requirements

• Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you
• WSI certification preferred
• Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire
• Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 4 months to 10 years and Special Needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner
