About The Position

You’ll help customers with complex mental health needs build skills for independent living. As part of our Central Resource Team, you’ll provide cover across services to ensure customers always receive the best support. Every day, you’ll make a real difference in helping them achieve their goals. Support individuals with complex needs and vulnerabilities. From homelessness, substance misuse, complex mental health and social isolation. Assist with daily living activities\: cooking, shopping, budgeting, tenancy upkeep and moving to independence. Carrying out risk assessments, set goals and complete regular reviews. Assist with ending and setting up tenancies for our accommodations Provide person-centred, compassionate support without rushing. The practical bits 37.5 hours per week on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and occasional waking nights. Travel across County Durham (Brandon, Consett, West Cornforth, Durham) and/or services in Sunderland. Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change. Requirements
