What impact you’ll make As a member of the Hot Gas Path, Rotors, and Airfoils Supplier Quality Engineering Team, you will be an active contributor to delivering on our Vernova purpose by enabling and driving our team of external suppliers to deliver the high-quality hardware for our Gas Turbine fleet to power the ENERGY TRANSITION.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Quality Experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Quality in a manufacturing or supply chain setting).
• Eligible to work with US Export Controlled material (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)

• You have significant Supplier Quality Experience
• You understand Industrial Gas Turbines, especially technical knowledge
• Manufacturing process knowledge, especially in areas such as investment casting, forging, and machining (traditional and special process).
• You are someone who brings strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset, excited to grow in knowledge of the practices and underlying reasoning to drive
• You have a passion for working as ONE TEAM, learning the key business drivers and incorporating them into alignment across the broader cross functional team
• You take ownership of your responsibilities while seeking coaching and expertise from the broader team as you grow in technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation.
• Own supplier results, especially driving improvements through the supplier scorecards.
• Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed.
