Requirements
- Knowledge of electrical equipment usage.
- Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for general table maintenance and cleanliness of nightclub in accordance to specification, in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- Assist Cocktail Servers in carrying beverages to guests as necessary.
- Set tables with mixers and glassware, restocks server stations.
- Clears and cleans tables and sets up table for the next customers.
- Supervise quality of busser staff
- Prepare and assign sections for bussers nightly
- Work closely with Hostess staff and Management team to ensure efficient service for customers
- Provide feedback on staff performance to manager. Report any issues or disciplinary problems to manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
