Requirements

  • Knowledge of electrical equipment usage.
  • Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general table maintenance and cleanliness of nightclub in accordance to specification, in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
  • Assist Cocktail Servers in carrying beverages to guests as necessary.
  • Set tables with mixers and glassware, restocks server stations.
  • Clears and cleans tables and sets up table for the next customers.
  • Supervise quality of busser staff
  • Prepare and assign sections for bussers nightly
  • Work closely with Hostess staff and Management team to ensure efficient service for customers
  • Provide feedback on staff performance to manager. Report any issues or disciplinary problems to manager.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
