About The Position

Support Arbor Therapy as a Supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Join us in supporting a collaborative, multidisciplinary network of providers in Mesa and the surrounding East Valley. We are currently seeking an experienced SLP to provide supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in the Mesa area. About the Opportunity This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for flexibility. There is no direct treatment caseload tied to this role, allowing you to focus on oversight, mentorship, and clinical quality.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Arizona SLP license in good standing
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professional presence

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or experience in feeding therapy is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and mentorship to SLPAs in accordance with Arizona state requirements
  • Review and guide treatment planning using evidence-based, individualized approaches
  • Monitor client progress and support clinical decision-making as needed
  • Collaborate with a network of interdisciplinary providers (OT, PT, etc.) to support well-rounded care
