Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-rise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate construction activities effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise on-site construction teams, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers.
• Enforce and promote safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Address and resolve any issues, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Interpret and review construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and other required records.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in high-rise construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and specifications.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in high-rise construction.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
