Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain Security clearance.
• Experience managing supplier performance in the areas of technical scope, schedule, and cost.
• Experience managing various types of subcontracts, including hardware, software, service subcontracts, and follow-on/production subcontracts.
• Experience in the following contract types: FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursement (w/fixed-fee, incentive fee or award fee).
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Government Contracting/Subcontracting.
• Experience as Cost Account Manager for Subcontracts managing budgets and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Subcontract acquisition process from proposal stage through Program award and execution with minimal oversight.
• Manage and drive Subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance on various types of Subcontracts, including Cost-Type Subcontracts.
• Draft and negotiate complex Subcontract vehicles including Subcontracts, Letter Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Establish major contractual milestones, such as preliminary and critical reviews and other contractual schedule goals.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Provide timely and accurate subcontract status to L3Harris Management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure budget, sales forecast, and EVMS performance is met.
• Support Small Business Initiatives.
• Generate spending plans, payment forecasts, and variance reports.
