We are looking for our next MVP to level up the game in Jordan Retail Brand, an experienced Retail Brand Marketing Lead to join our growing team who is an entrepreneurial creative problem solver, a great teammate, and able to thrive in ambiguous situations. Someone with strong leadership skills, a proven track record developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans, and a passion for obsessing the consumer. This position will play a key role in developing strategies and plans for seasonal retail brand marketing campaigns, consumer and community product launches to drive business growth. The candidate should have a strong grasp on the marketplace, retail landscape & competitors . They will need to be able to build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization and with external partners. Leadership skills, collaboration, brief development, project management, communication, and creativity will be vital pieces of the role. This role will lead and develop the Jordan Seasonal Retail Brand Marketing strategy, vision, and evolution of Integrated Retail Marketing across our Nike own & Partners locations in North America. The role will enable O2O integrated marketing plans, focused on the consumer journey that prioritizes Jordan Brand initiatives, brand and community moments across the marketplace. They will work closely with North America cross-functional teams within Jordan Brand and Nike to align on key seasonal product stories for the geo and key cities. They will be responsible for understanding both the art and science of marketing; obsessing the business, consumer insights and the creative ways we tell our product stories in-store and digitally. They will be responsible for the North America Jordan Retail Brand strategy, briefing accounts / agencies, supervising on-going workflow and the final stages of creative and executions. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of analytics, North America Marketplace and experience managing wholesale accounts. They will deliver marketing plans in an innovative way to drive best-in-class retail marketing experiences for our consumers and our communities. They should also expect to: Partner cross-functionally (Global, North America Retail Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, Sales, Territory Retail Marketing, and City Brand teams. Lead all details of owned projects/initiatives including communication strategy, preparing/presenting the brief process, store mapping, managing program overview, workback schedules, creative approvals, project budget, briefing agency, distribution and recap. Manage collaboration with agency teams and account partner teams. Support the team with O2O marketing programs including but not limited to: integrated digital/physical Jordan Retail Brand initiatives. Provide short and medium-term goal planning; synthesize program results & best practices to increase effectiveness. Partner across business units and merchandising to implement commerce capabilities, integrate into the overarching brand strategy and marketplace business integration execution. Budget management and tracking for the initiatives.
