Weâre looking for a Strategic Partner Success Manager to play a key role on the Technology Partnerships team and help grow the most strategic partnerships in Cloudinaryâs ecosystem. This specialized position blends technical pre-sales expertise with post-sales customer success methodologies to ensure partner goals. This role will manage all technical aspects for existing technology partners and lead a cross-functional team to ensure ongoing success. The Lead Strategic Partner Success Manager will achieve this by collaborating closely with product, engineering, support, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to integrate Cloudinary's systems with other technology services. A key focus is driving sales through successful go-to-market activities.
