About The Position

As a member of the Strategic Finance team, the Strategic Financial Analyst Lead serves as a trusted finance business partner by providing financial guidance and support; building budgets, forecasts, conducting variance analysis and reporting; preparing financial analysis and support such as cost-benefit, return on investment and capital resource analysis for new business opportunities, proposals, contracts, or product development; supporting cost savings and process improvement efforts; and providing financial governance and oversight. This role is essential in creating a person-focused health care experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics or statistics.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA or ASA preferred.
  • 12 or more years of responsible experience.
  • Completion of certifications required in area of specification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers presentations on complex issues at all levels in the organization.
  • Develops complex financial models and analysis using advanced analytical techniques and financial systems.
  • Plans, organizes, schedules, coordinates and monitors large, complex tasks involving multiple functional areas.
  • Guides work of analysts and others.
  • Regularly leads efforts and initiatives with a high level of influence on decision making across the company.
