About The Position

The Lead Stock (Key Holder) role is focused on enhancing customer experiences by providing exceptional service and operational excellence. This position involves overseeing back-of-house functions, ensuring efficient inventory management, and coaching team members to maximize productivity. The Lead Stock will play a crucial role in maintaining the brand's image while executing customer fulfillment across various channels.

Requirements

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred.
• 1-2 years home-related or specialty experience preferred (design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities).
• Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Back of House operational functions including omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory management, stockroom organization, and markdown/markup execution.
• Executes customer fulfillment across all omni channels leveraging services like BOPIS, SFS, STS, Home Delivery, and Installation to meet customer needs while maintaining profitability.
• Models, trains, and coaches individual productivity and performance related to fulfillment, BOPIS/Design Crew conversion, processing, packing, and stockroom standards.
• Manages shipping and processing stations, product staging areas, and supplies to ensure efficient receipt and packing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Performs routine audits and reconciliations (UPS, DIAR, Markdown) and establishes daily disciplines to eliminate loss/shrink.
• Maintains an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect.
