About The Position

Join our team as a Lead Stock Associate - Garden, where you’ll play a key role in delivering efficient, prompt, and courteous service to customers while supporting a strong, team-focused culture. In this role, you will oversee and facilitate all stock-related aspects of retail operations, ensuring smooth product flow and organization. You’ll also assist with checkout and sales across both Floral and Garden Center areas, helping create a seamless and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Experience receiving product and using an RF gun
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic garden product knowledge
• Previous retail or garden center experience
• Previous forklift, electric pallet jack and Bobcat operation experience
• POS or computer experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction and lead the outdoor stock team
• Process all incoming and outgoing store shipments which includes unloading, receiving, unpacking, pricing, quality verification and stocking
• Report any variances in inventory
• Help solve discrepancies
• Organize and clean warehouse and loading dock areas
• Provide work direction and follow-up to stock team under direction of stock supervisor
• Other Duties as assigned
