What You'll Be Doing: Clinical Excellence Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing needs for children ages 0–3. Develop individualized treatment plans and support families in achieving IFSP goals. Deliver high-quality therapy through home visits and community-based sessions. Community Impact Travel one day per week to Imperial County to extend the reach of services with a weekly travel stipend . Represent HGH as a leader in early intervention, building collaborative networks and resources. Embody HGH’s ICARE values while advancing the mission of improving lives through communication and connection. Quality & Compliance Ensure accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports. Review, track, and provide feedback on written reports from staff to maintain quality standards. Stay informed of best practices, research, and emerging trends to foster program innovation. Serve as the Lead SLP by training, mentoring, and supporting team members. Observe and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Family Partnership Build strong, trusting relationships with families through empathy and clear communication.
