The Lead Speech Language Pathologist provides clinical leadership in the development and delivery of speech and language services. This role is responsible for building program structure, implementing evidence-based and neurodiverse-affirming practices, and ensuring children and families receive high-quality care. The Lead SLP collaborates across disciplines to strengthen integrated services and will support the future growth of feeding and expanded speech therapy programming.
