About The Position

Key Responsibilities Feedback-Driven Classification Use Securiti’s AI Tuning interface to review and validate column classifications. Apply feedback to reference columns and propagate updates across similar columns using impact zones. Adjust similarity thresholds (header/content) to refine classification scope. Ensure classification changes align with organizational policies and compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA). Business Context & Data Understanding Understand banking data structures across consumer, commercial, and investment lines of business. Interpret data elements (e.g., account numbers, credit card details, transaction codes) for accurate classification. Collaborate with compliance and data governance teams to ensure regulatory adherence. Continuous Monitoring & Analytics Monitor AI Tuning History and analytics dashboards to track precision, recall, and tuning impact. Identify patterns in misclassification and recommend improvements for future scans. Validate updates in the Validation Workbench and ensure consistency across structured data insights policies. System Readiness & Governance Confirm prerequisites for AI Tuning (PCS, Vector Storage, sync states) are operational. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot sync issues and maintain system health. Ensure classification feedback is applied within organizational scope and documented for audits. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Understanding of header/content similarity concepts and their role in column grouping. Ability to interpret impact zones and semantic relationships between columns. Strong experience in analyzing large datasets and identifying patterns. Ability to interpret dashboards and metrics (precision, recall, false positives). Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA) and enterprise data governance. Ability to analyze dashboards and interpret precision/recall metrics. Basic understanding of system configuration (PCS, Vector Storage) and sync processes. Ability to coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting ElasticSearch/OpenSearch setups. Desired Qualifications: Experience with MLOps pipelines and secure deployment in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Knowledge of threat modeling and risk assessment for AI systems. Familiarity with synthetic data generation for security testing. Job Expectations: Strong collaboration skills with security engineers, SOC analysts, and data scientists. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
