KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our Managed Services practice.

  • Guide teams in developing and execution of software test plans and timely resolution of issues
  • Design and build efficient test accelerators to accelerate testing activities
  • Create detailed software testing plans and project documentation related to the testing phases of the SDLC
  • Design and develop testing models customized to client needs and setup test governance process
  • Create a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value
  • Supervise in developing more predictive and intelligent testing approaches on automation and innovative testing products and solutions
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in software development, testing, program management and analysis with ISTQB/PMP certification is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems
  • Strong experience working on different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile)
  • Prior experience in leading at least two full life cycle systems delivery implementations in a testing capacity
  • Strong experience with Automation Tools (Selenium, JMeter, Playwright, UFT and Tricentis Tosca), Scripting Languages and Test Management Tools (JIRA, ADO, Rally and ALM)
  • Solid knowledge of data analytics on ODBC databases, MS Excel and/or PowerBI
  • Travel may be up to 80%
