About The Position

The position involves performing day-to-day maintenance in response to on-demand and preventative maintenance work requests for FNN facilities. The individual will assist in all event setups, complete daily readings and logs, and must have the ability to multitask, respond to emergency situations, and work closely with other team members. There is a strong emphasis on increasing job knowledge through hands-on training and classes applicable to HVAC, Electrical, and plumbing trades.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel to other FNBO locations within the Omaha/Lincoln area.
  • Previous work experience with HVAC, BMCS, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Customer service experience in building and/or property maintenance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to utilize technology to communicate and complete daily tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months minimum of facility maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of Energy Management Control Systems.
  • Working knowledge of Archibus software.
  • Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and on-demand repair of building systems, equipment, and grounds.
  • Learn and use trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling.
  • Maintain lighting in all areas of the building.
  • Work with vendors and subcontractors to support contracted services.
  • Assist the Engineer Team in snow removal.
  • Be on-call after normal business hours for emergency calls.
  • Manage the creation and capture of assigned maintenance work orders.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer focus for internal and external relationships.
  • Inspect work performed by outside contractors.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and tools, and order necessary materials.
  • Complete maintenance and repair records as required.
  • Comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program.
  • Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.
