About The Position
World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world's leading conservation organizations, seeks a Lead Specialist, Conservation Areas (Washington, DC). The Lead Specialist will design, implement, and secure financing for area-based conservation (ABC) projects in Latin America and the Amazon. This role involves overseas travel (10%) to remote areas in Latin America and the Amazon to provide technical support and capacity-building on protected areas and other ABC mechanisms.
