Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Mooresville, NC, is seeking a Lead Spa Sales Associate who love to meet people, make money and have fun!! As a Lead Spa Sales Associate, you’ll not only deliver an exceptional guest experience but also take on added responsibilities that support our management team in keeping the spa running smoothly. This is a client-facing, sales-focused role that sets the tone for the spa’s success every day.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service and sales experience (spa or wellness industry preferred).
  • Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be minimum 20 years or older.
  • Self Starter, take ownership of your success.
  • Prior leadership, key holder, or supervisory experience strongly desired.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Positive, energetic, and professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Team player with a passion for health, wellness, and client care.
  • Driver's license and transportation to and from work.
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with Computer Utilization.
  • Word, Google Sheets and Excel skills.
  • Social Media prowess.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet members/guests with professionalism and positivity.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
  • Answer phones, book appointments, and manage scheduling efficiently.
  • Drive sales of memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
  • Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare services.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting spa environment.
  • Assist management with operational tasks, including but not limited to: Inventory management, Basic accounting and report preparation, Help with Compliance related documentation, Administrative and filing procedures.
  • Be available to cover front desk associate shifts when needed.
  • Serve as a role model on the front desk with a positive, team-focused, and sales-driven attitude.
