To assist in Spa operations and functions based on standards stipulated by management. Provide clerical responsibility in support of Spa Management and all areas of Administration. Coverage of desk & spa shifts when necessary.

  • Assists the management staff and daily Spa Operations.
  • Assist with front desk check in/out, collect payment, retail sales and spa service reservations.
  • Handle customer concerns that are escalated by the front desk staff. Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records.
  • Work closely with security and management to resolve guest concerns while maintaining the security and safety of tribal assets.
  • Ensure the proper execution of all front desk audit functions.
  • Effectively manage spa room, provider, and facilities to maximize daily operational utilization profitability.
  • Assists in updating and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Analyze and organize office operation as well as performs clerical duties such as typing, filing, proofreading, creating documents and sorting mail.
  • Responsible for guest/member communications and guest appeasement.
  • Inputs and updates guest information in Spa Software computer program.
  • Help train new and existing employees for the efficient operation of the department.
  • Execute the property’s emergency procedures for all emergency circumstances.
  • Assists with inventory and ordering of retail and back bar.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to resolve issues within the spa and pool areas and department.
  • Provide excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients
  • Maintain Forbes 5 Star and ACE Standards.
  • Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Good communication skills and must be computer literate.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
  • 2 years Spa costumer and operations experience preferred.
