About The Position
The Lead Spa Receptionist/Attendant is responsible for overseeing the reception and attendant staff, managing linen/product levels of the spa, and ensuring the retail area is well-stocked. This role includes conducting monthly inventory of all retail items and back of the house items while upholding the SOP service standards for the receptionist and attendant team. The position requires a high level of personalized service and a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards guests and team members.
