Position Summary The Lead Sous Chef leads and mentors Sous Chef and kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. You should be an excellent leader with great organizational skills and impeccable time management. About the Venue OVG's hospitality division partners with Winstar World Casino to provide hospitality guest services at the Gran Via Buffet.
