About The Position

The Lead Sourcing Management position is focused on optimizing procurement strategies by managing, negotiating, monitoring, and sourcing vendor and sub-contractor contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for vendor and sub-contractor contracts, manage contract modifications, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions to align with organizational goals.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including market research and sourcing new suppliers.
• Manage relationships with vendors and sub-contractors, assess performance, and handle commercial contract issues, including licensing agreements, invoicing, and receivable issues.
• Identify potential supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Continuously monitor procurement performance metrics, prepare reports for strategic decision-making, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
