Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of related experience in sourcing, supply chain management, contract negotiations, or contract law
  • 4+ years in professional services sourcing with extensive experience negotiating Professional Service agreements
  • Knowledge of strategic sourcing principles and supply base management strategies
  • Desire to learn about market intelligence and analytics within professional services
  • Proven ability to engage with business partners and leaders collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills

  • Experience in strategic planning, spend analysis, and supplier management
  • Background as a sourcing consultant in consulting and managed/outsourced services categories
