Requirements

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills.
  • Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team.
  • Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML).
  • High level of intellectual curiosity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Known for being a 'team player'.

Responsibilities

  • Blend the 'art' of storytelling and sales with the 'science' behind how our technology tactically delivers value for our customers.
  • Help 'make it real' during the sales process, building prospective customer confidence in Braze's capabilities & team.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices.
  • Lay strong foundations for long-term partnership between Braze and our customers, beginning pre-sales.
  • Act as a technical thought leader across industry verticals, customer types, and geographic markets.
  • Partner with Braze's sales, marketing, security, and product teams.
  • Mentor Solutions Consultants on your team.
