The Lead Solutions Architecture must be proficient at the techniques that go into the formulation of business contracting solutions, including collecting customer requirements and assessing solution alternatives based on tradeoffs in cost, performance, reliability and security, and be able to partner with the sales team to recommend the most appropriate contracting solution for the customer. This requires practical skills and experience with many applications and technologies (like ROME, eSign, SalesOne, DocViewer, Salesforce, Product's Service Guide Library), and a thorough knowledge of the AT&T product set. The Lead Solutions Architecture analyzes a customer's business contracts, amendments, rate letters, and network challenges and designs a comprehensive custom contract solution that integrates smoothly into the customer's current contract environment. Manages solution design with internal and external suppliers in a manner that is consistent with customer needs and in line with competitive realities. Demonstrates good written skills to document solutions in proposals to customers and possesses strong verbal skills to be able to present solutions to customers at both working and executive levels. Demonstrates strong customer interface skills and is technically credible working in a sales environment. Work may include customer facing, pricing and contracting activities. Required to maintain a baseline of industry knowledge to advise on technical trends and techniques and apply them to the development of solutions. The Lead Solutions Architecture must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, act with greater autonomy in managing their workload and provide more leadership to a sales opportunity, including liaising with appropriate ICB, Product and Legal partners. The Lead Solutions Architecture may also lead solution engagements in promoting the cause of new services in order to achieve buy-in from the enterprises management seeking to create new opportunities and business relationships. Supervisor: No Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required. Prior related experience. Our Lead Solutions Architecture earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Requirements
