We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support solution contracts development and execution, with a strong emphasis on Statement of Work (SOW) creation, contract review, and RFP/RFI analysis. This role requires collaboration across Sales and Legal teams to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. What you’ll do Reviews, analyzes, interprets, and approves contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, satisfaction of customer specifications, and protection of AT&T’s commercial and legal posture. Negotiates customer and vendor contracts—such as Master Agreements, Pricing Schedules, SLAs, and Statements of Work—and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex contract issues and solution‑related considerations. Reviews and evaluates contract changes and revisions, including those involving technical specifications, solution scope, RFP/RFI terms, and operational requirements; identifies risks, gaps, and compliance issues and recommends corrective actions. Ensures proper execution of contract processes and requirements, including the drafting and refinement of SOWs that define scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities, as well as preparation of pricing schedules, custom contracts, and standard templates. Collaborates with Engagement Managers, Sales, Legal, Supply Chain, Delivery, and other stakeholders to validate requirements, incorporate feedback, align solutions with contractual obligations, and balance business needs while minimizing risk to AT&T. Uses judgment within defined practices to address complex customer‑specific terms, solution‑driven modifications, and contract negotiations that require balancing legal, operational, and commercial considerations. Works cross‑functionally to develop and maintain best practices, contract templates, job aids, and training materials, and supports continuous improvement efforts in SOW development, contract review, and RFP/RFI alignment. Manages multiple contracts, negotiations, and solution‑driven deliverables under tight deadlines; operates as a self‑starter with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired – J.D. is preferred or equivalent contracting education 7+ years of related experience – Contract Management experience is preferred Certification is required in some areas. Experience with networking, IT, software, and telecommunications solution development. Proven experience in Statement of Work development for complex solutions. Prior experience reviewing and interpreting solution contracts and agreements. Strong background in RFP/RFI review and solution requirement analysis, including terms and conditions evaluation. Experience negotiating Pricing Schedules, SLAs, and custom contractual terms. Understanding of project scoping, deliverables, and risk management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Our Lead Solutions Architecture earns between $158,200 - $237,400. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired – J.D. is preferred or equivalent contracting education
