Requirements

  • An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.
  • Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
  • Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certifications required: SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

Responsibilities

  • Support Value Stream Execution: Ensure seamless execution of value streams and collaborate with the Value Management Office (VMO) for alignment and support.
  • Facilitate Solution Events: Organize and lead ART/PM Syncs, Solution Planning, Retrospectives, Problem Solving Workshops, and System Demos to ensure coordinated progress.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder solution delivery to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Assess and Improve Solution Maturity: Evaluate solution maturity, provide coaching to enhance agility, and foster continuous improvement in collaboration with Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACE).
  • Communicate and Visualize Metrics: Monitor and share solution metrics internally and externally to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Align and optimize the execution of value streams across multiple teams-of-teams and external suppliers by managing dependencies, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
