About the position

Salesforce is the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI, Data, and CRM. The Solution Engineering team is at the forefront of the Marketing Cloud technology landscape, working closely with sales to uncover real business problems faced by customers and prospects. This role involves developing innovative solutions for complex technical and digital marketing requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and delivering engaging presentations to C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical resources to uncover technical challenges and goals relating to digital marketing.
  • Develop a solution and roadmap for the success of the customer.
  • Showcase through software demonstrations and rapid prototyping how connected experiences come to life with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Deliver engaging and coherent presentations that connect complex technology to C-level audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product development and roadmap, industry trends, and industry news.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, with a strong focus on marketing technology and customer engagement solutions.
  • At least 5 years as a domain expert in personalization, loyalty, or marketing technology.
  • Proven track record of driving ACV growth through Martech solution selling.
  • Ability to develop and articulate a strategic vision for leveraging Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in the marketing technology space.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience as an Enterprise Specialist Solution Engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.
  • Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions.
  • Experience in US Public Sector.
  • Excellent presentation abilities and storytelling skills.
  • A self-starter who is highly creative and capable of leading and prioritizing effectively.
  • Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary hiring range for New York-based roles: $143,850 to $192,360.
  • Base salary hiring range for Colorado-based roles: $130,830 to $174,930.
  • Base salary hiring range for Washington D.C based roles: $143,850 to $192,360.
  • Base salary hiring range for California-based roles: $143,850 to $192,360.
  • Base salary hiring range for Illinois based roles: $130,830 to $192,360.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
