In this role, you will be a technical visionary, critical in shaping our Salesforce CRM architecture to support immense growth. You will lead the design of complex solutions, ensuring that they are built for scalability while also maintaining development velocity. Your strategic oversight will be integral as we automate processes and elevate our technical capabilities. Requirements
- Salesforce CTA or equivalent depth with clear path to CTA
- Application Architect and System Architect certifications
- 8+ years architecting complex Salesforce solutions
- Deep Flow-based automation expertise
- Extensive data modeling, security, and integration pattern experience
- Solutions that scale from hundreds to thousands of users
- Modern DevOps practices: source control, CI/CD, testing
- Apex and LWC development experience
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve Salesforce architecture for hypergrowth
- Establish architectural principles that accelerate development velocity
- Implement lean governance that maintains integrity while enabling speed
- Make decisive trade-offs that balance immediate needs with long-term vision
- Transform technical debt management into a business enablement strategy
- Lead the technical aspects of major initiatives including Revenue Cloud implementation
- Optimize our Flow-customized environment for performance and maintainability
Benefits
- Estimated base salary range: $190,000 - $230,000 for U.S./Canada-based employees, plus meaningful pre-IPO equity
