Lead Solar Pool Heating Technician

We’re growing our Las Vegas team and are looking for a high-level technician with direct solar pool heating experience who can step in, lead by example, and help elevate the performance of the team. Requirements
- Direct experience with solar pool heating systems (installation AND service) required.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
- Leadership presence and ability to set the tone on jobs.
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading crews or mentoring technicians is a plus.
- Background in pool service, pool plumbing, or related trades.
Responsibilities
- Install and service solar pool heating systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues independently.
- Lead jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
- Support and guide team members in the field.
- Represent the company positively with customers on every job.
