About The Position

Key Responsibilities - Design and lead test strategies/plans for new features and releases, integrating quality from the start. - Build and maintain automated plus manual test suites (functional, regression, integration, usability, negative, API, mobile). - Execute testing, automate scripts, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines. - Identify, document, track, and verify defects; perform root-cause analysis. - Collaborate with developers, product, and support teams to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, perform root-cause investigations, and drive timely fixes. - Define release standards, analyze results, and report quality metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in QA/testing roles, preferably with mobile/web apps or telecom.
  • Strong hands-on experience testing modern web platforms and hybrid mobile applications.
  • Solid programming skills for test automation
  • Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and modern testing methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who enjoys partnering with developers and cross-functional teams to enable successful, high-quality releases
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Automation in API/back-end/mobile, especially in high-availability or telecom settings.
  • Experience with performance, security, or end-to-end testing for wireless/customer-facing services.
