Responsibilities of the Lead, Engineering position include acting as the project person for project status updates and/or other inquiries related to the team's deliverables, ensuring tasks within projects are completed on time and with high quality, contributing to team member identification/assignment, playing a lead role in project scoping, completing regular reporting and project status updates, and facilitating and coordinating interaction, communication, review, and decision-making with a multitude of departments outside of the immediate team. This position may also have cross-functional direct reports upon prior approval of the EVP, Products.
