Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment across diverse teams. Strong analytical skills, a bias for action, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Experience within both startup environments and large-scale enterprise organizations. Proven experience in launching software products with hardware dependencies for consumer markets. Able to tailor processes to fit team structure, ensuring efficient planning and streamlined status updates. Understands how to increase development velocity while maintaining high technical standards and aligning with product and design goals. Skilled in using bug and task tracking tools, particularly Jira.
