This senior-level role requires proven expertise in both software development and team leadership to drive projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of project outcomes by effectively utilizing their team to design innovative solutions, develop high-quality software, and communicate progress to stakeholders. They will dedicate approximately 80% of their time to hands-on technical leadership and 20% to project and team management at an organizational level.
