The Digital Technology team is seeking a Full-stack Senior Digital Software Engineer for the Asset Management Division in the Digital team in Dallas. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by leading innovative projects and collaborating with top-tier professionals in the field.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrated expertise in Java and SpringBoot for building robust applications.
Utilize your expertise in JavaScript, OOJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and NextJS
Apply your expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB to develop robust data solutions
Integrate and manage queue systems like Kafka to enhance system efficiency
Utilize your experience with build systems such as Gradle, Maven, and Git‑CI/CD to streamline development workflows
Ensure secure applications with multi‑threading and OAuth using Spring Security
Leverage AWS cloud services, including ECS, Lambda, and Step Functions, to build scalable solutions
Implement and manage containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Execute sophisticated visual designs and interactions with your strong knowledge of front‑end web development
Develop and integrate with RESTful web services to enhance application functionality
Implement test‑driven development practices using frameworks like JUnit
Maintain high standards using code quality tools like SonarQube
Ensure impeccable attention to detail, maintaining technical standards and visual grammar
Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment with Agile Operating Models
Approach problem‑solving with an open mind and a team‑oriented mindset
Apply your exceptional analytical skills to make informed, creative, and commercially viable decisions
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Experience with microservice architecture to build scalable applications
Proficiency in distributed systems and low‑latency services
Previous experience in financial services or fintech is a significant plus
Experience collaborating with UX professionals and visual designers to create seamless user experiences across the full stack
Experience coding accessible websites and working with contemporary web animation and visualization libraries
Experience with contemporary web animation and visualization libraries and frameworks (e.g., HighCharts, D3, etc.)
Experience working with content management systems and/or developing for CMS‑managed sites as part of full‑stack delivery
Demonstrated experience working in an environment calling for frequent, high‑quality delivery across backend and frontend components
