About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver customized Salesforce solutions that support business needs and scale effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce development technologies, integrations, and platform automation, along with the ability to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

  • Strong hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools, especially Flows
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, and version control
  • Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Developer or Platform App Builder certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
  • Build scalable, reusable components following Salesforce best practices
  • Customize Salesforce using Flows, Workflows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third‑party tools
  • Write and maintain unit tests and ensure minimum 75% test coverage
  • Perform code reviews, deployments, and production support using CI/CD and release management tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data quality, and system errors
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain technical documentation for design, development, and deployments
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and platform enhancements
