Requirements

10+ years of related software development experience
Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or similar)
Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems and microservice architectures
Strong understanding of design patterns, reliability, and cloud engineering paradigms
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Track record of learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust

Responsibilities

Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas are discussed and challenged openly
Deliver new features and improve reliability of core services including customer intake and application screening
Identify and resolve major system bottlenecks or flaws in business logic proactively
