As the Lead Software Engineer, you will provide leadership and direction to the software development team (internal and suppliers), removing roadblocks, developing execution plans and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. You will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, decomposing requirements into actionable tasks and planning program increments for the development team. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of the DevSecOps toolchain in the Boeing Software Factory. Engaging with key stakeholders to understand program needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions is essential. Key responsibilities include working closely with the customer, Boeing Program Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are on schedule, leading development activities with external suppliers, and ensuring their contributions align with project goals.
