Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Terraform: Strong to expert proficiency in Terraform, skilled in building infrastructure-as-code using both custom and 3rd party provider stacks.
  • Experienced deploying SaaS infrastructure and applications under a 24/7/365 support expectation.
  • Continuous Delivery: Strong proficiency architecting, designing, and implementing continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Experience collaborating with development, QA, and security teams to build workflows that support governance and technical requirements.
  • Containers : Strong proficiency designing and deploying container-based compute workloads.
  • Solid understanding of Dockerfiles and containerization principles.
  • Public Cloud Design: Strong proficiency designing infrastructure in the AWS cloud.
  • Broad knowledge of networking, compute, storage, and services and experienced designing infrastructure footprints.
  • Experience with Azure or GCP public clouds may be suitable.
  • Kubernetes: Strong proficiency deploying application with Kubernetes, including an understanding of core principles and components.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages.
  • Extensive experience with software development methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of database systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Experience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts into the software development process.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Helm charts a strong preference.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex features and systems.
